Within the online format, I decided to combine lessons for people at the easy, medium, and relativelydifficult levels. This will allow you to monitor your own growth and development processes. I will offer you all the movements, the easy, a little difficult, and even more difficult options of Asana. This will make it easier for you to discover yourself in time – where you really belong to. Which level corresponds
to your capabilities.
What we exercise- we start by warming up the body. About 10-15 minutes. Without this, performing Yoga Asanas is very dangerous. Then we move on to my favorite “Sun Salutation” Surya Namaskara the Sun Salutation Series is a sequence of basic movements of classical yoga. Then we will perform various Asanas, stretches. A mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga types will be used during the exercises. And the last 10 minutes will be dedicated to Savasana-an amazingly exciting, enjoyable, and magical state, when you are alone with your body, you will be relieved of all stress and tension.
One month course included 8 lessons ( Price 100GEL ). You can practice everyday, twice or three times, as you wish.
What you will need- their (paralon-mattress) for training, comfortable sportswear (elastics, a top or shorts, a T-shirt) and a plaid.
What to consider before exercise – If you are exercising indoors, it is important that the room is ventilated. It is also important not to eat for 2 hours before exercise. After exercise you can have food in about 20-30 minutes.
